Here are a few of the frequently asked questions that I have answered over the last twenty years.
Choosing a design firm can be very tricky. Every year I hear horror stories from new clients on how they got burned in the past. Here are a few things to consider.
I provide everything from logo design to catalogs, data sheets, web site design and search engine optimization. Please review a complete list of the services I provide.
Yes! I can meet with you to review a typical timeline for completing a project. We will also look at things you’ll need to think about to get the most for your money. Please make sure you can answer this list of questions before you start your project.

I will put together a quote based upon the information you provide. If the project details change, I will provide you with an updated quote before starting on the new work.
Yes! Many of my clients have strict branding guidelines. I will consistently and reliably match your fonts, layouts and colors.
I will provide you with frequent updates so you will always know where your job stands and what is needed to help finish the project. I will also let you know how changes will affect the timeline and the final price.
Print materials will be delivered to you. Typically logos will be sent to you in EPS and JPEG formats. Web sites will be posted to your server after final approval is received.
You may pay by cash and checks. For credit card payments, 3% will be added to the invoice to cover the cost of processing the credit card transaction.

For large jobs I typically ask for 50% up front and 50% at completion. On smaller jobs I require payment on completion. On hourly/recurring projects, net 15 after the invoice date.
I can usually turn around small projects in a couple days. Depending on the job, printing typically takes a week or two. Larger jobs, including catalogs and web sites, usually take 3-4 weeks.
